I found Seymour by the courtyard window, and we decided to go out for lunch. I asked him if he would rather stay in the city or go for a drive, and he wanted to drive so off we went.
I took us through Northwest Denver again, this time to Edgewater where we went out for pizza at the Edgewater Inn.
While we waited for our food, Seymour asked what my plans were for the rest of the day. I told him I was going to the movies at the Mayan, and he said he had been there many times and wanted to know if the owners had kept it up well. We spent some time looking at pictures of the theater and talking about old movies and how much it had cost to go to the Mayan for a show when it opened in 1930 (Seymour figured about $.20)!
Afterwards, we went back to the Balfour and I got him settled in the dining room where the other residents were finishing lunch, and we talked about the snow on the way.
