At Elder Concierge Services, we’ve spent over 30 years helping older adults in the Denver metro area remain independent, active, and connected. Our founder, Ina Katich, JD, began her career in elder care law and policy and has dedicated her life to advocating for the needs of aging individuals and their families.

Ina began her work in Washington, D.C., at the American Bar Association’s Commission on Legal Problems of the Elderly. After moving to Colorado, she was appointed head of the Denver Commission on Aging by Mayor Federico Peña. She has also served as Legal Services Developer for the Medical Care and Research Foundation.

In 1999, Ina established Elder Affairs Specialists, Inc., in Colorado to provide guardianship, fiduciary and specialized care management assistance to seniors and their families who face difficult life decisions. Elder Concierge Services continues that important work, providing the highest quality care management, companionship and specialized concierge services to seniors, their families and various partner institutions throughout Colorado.

We know that choosing a senior care concierge service is a big decision. Here are a few questions we often hear from families in the Denver area:

• How much does care cost?

  Most of our services are billed on an hourly basis. Contrary to what you find with most home care agencies or non-medical service providers, we do not require a minimum number of hours.

• What kind of services do you provide?

  We offer a wide range of personalized, non-medical services—from companionship and daily activities to transportation and transition support. Every plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

• How does a concierge get matched with a client?

  We make every effort to pair each client with the perfect concierge, matching every elder with a true friend who will ensure that he or she maintains not only an active lifestyle, but dignity and a sense of relevance.

• Are you a home health agency?

  We are not a home health agency. We provide a full range of non-medical senior services including companionship, transportation and other “concierge services."
