We begin the process by providing a complimentary consultation with our lead care manager, who will work with the client and their family, trustee, or guardian to assess the client's needs.

Plan of Action

Based on our assessment, we build a comprehensive care plan that includes coordinating wrap-around services with the client's Care Team.

Care Management

ECS will match the unique personality of each client with one or more of our professional concierges, who will then manage the care plan moving forward.
